Shipping:
All orders will be shipped to addresses provided through our website at the checkout so please ensure this is entered correctly.
I offer flat rate shipping of $10 With tracking within Australia. There are also options to upgrade to express or registered post
Will, Cee & Jay ship from Geelong, Victoria with Australia Post, and each parcel is lodged over the counter to activate tracking. Estimated delivery is 2-7 business days depending on your location, however once a parcel is lodged I can not be held responsible for the postage times. If you would like to purchase express post and/or have registered post applied to your parcel, please add these using the appropriate product listings when placing your order.
Please note when choosing express post that it only means your parcel will arrive faster after it has been lodged, it does NOT decrease the turn around time.
A confirmation email will be sent to let you know once your order has been shipped & your tracking details will be provides.

Refund policy:
No refunds are given for change of mind or where the incorrect size has been selected. I endeavour to provide a photo of a size chart on each listing to assist you in selecting the correct size, you are also welcome to contact me to discuss your sizing needs if you are unsure.
Returns, exchanges or refunds will only be provided on faulty items & contact with proof of the fault must be provided within 14 days of receiving your order. I take great pride in my work & Will always happily discuss any issues you may have.
Please note: due to the nature of handmade, some items may differ slightly from the images shown on the listings, such as variations in pattern placement of a fabric print. However I strive to provide a favorable pattern placement on each item, any variations will be slight & simply provide a uniqueness about each piece.
Colours may also vary slightly between what is seen on your screen compared to the fabric in person. I make every effort to display the colours as accurately as possibly however variations may occur depending on your screens colour settings & the lighting conditions in which you are viewing the images.
